Adoption Services at Relativity is on a mission to ensure our customers unlock the full potential of RelativityOne. The Product Adoption Services team works alongside the Expert Product Services team to provide scalable support for clients throughout their adoption journey, with a focus on one-to many enablement activities and structured onboarding processes. As a Product Adoption Services Specialist, you will leverage product knowledge and customer service skills to help clients successfully implement and utilize Relativity's solutions, with a particular focus on supporting broader adoption initiatives and delivering standardized onboarding experiences.

This role requires prior Relativity experience - RCA is required.

_ Job Description and Requirements _

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-to-many enablement sessions during customer onboarding to ensure proper setup and initial adoption of Relativity products
  • Respond to and manage basic to intermediate customer inquiries regarding Relativity workflow across the product line
  • Support the delivery of standardized adoption materials and training programs created by LDI Education
  • Assist in capturing customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions that address common business needs
  • Provide feedback to Expert Product Services team members about recurring adoption challenges and potential improvement opportunities
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent the customer perspective during discussions about product enhancements
  • Support customers within a specific segment or product area under the guidance of senior team members

Qualifications

  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of eDiscovery experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Robust organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail
  • Customer-centric mindset with a desire to help others succeed
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
  • Experience with AI/ML solutions for e-discovery is a plus
