Our client is currently seeking associate candidates to support our San Francisco Office’s Insolvency and Financial Law Group. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of solid bankruptcy and other restructuring experience, as well as be licensed to practice in California and possess strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Bankruptcy litigation experience, such as with preference defense, is also desirable.

They have many years of experience representing virtually every type of player in financial litigation and reorganization cases: secured lenders, landlords, unsecured creditors, creditor and equity committees, trustees, buyers of assets out of bankruptcy, and contract counter-parties.
