Job Description

Rosetta Hall is looking for a Bar Manager! We have a unique beverage program that requires an individual with a diverse background and strong leadership qualities. 

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and retain a hospitality focused bar team.
  • Maintain our target pour cost throughout the year.
  • Manage all aspects of labor to hit our target labor cost, including hiring, training and scheduling
  • Ensure menus are in line with goals of cultural accuracy, sustainability and execution. 

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Superior verbal and written communications skills.
  • Minimum 3 years in a FOH leadership position.
  • Ability to coordinate operations between two separate floors and across all teams.
  • Proven passion for mentoring and retaining exceptional talent.

Qualifications

  • Experienced team leader
    • Proven trainer in bar and coffee processes
    • Minimum 5 years of bar experience and 3 years in a leadership role
    • Managed teams of 25 or more
    • Able to write schedules appropriate to forecasted sales volume
  • Process oriented
    • Has developed systems & processes in previous positions to help improve operational efficiency
    • Fluent in P&L reporting, able to translate financial information into actionable goals to drive profitability
  • Creativity
    • Has curated creative menus that are relevant in craft & quality
    • Ability to use logical reasoning to solve problems
  • Technologically Savvy
    • Familiarity with POS operations and back end set up
    • Experience with google suite
    • Experience writing and proofing menus in adobe or similar programs
