As an Installer you will play a crucial role in helping homeowners improve their homes appearance and durability. You will represent our commitment to quality excellence and customer satisfaction on every job site.

What Youll Do:

• Professionally measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards
• Accurately measure cut and fit materials for a clean precise finish
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite
• Collaborate with our production staff to coordinate materials scheduling and inspections
• Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptly
• Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner while on site

What You Need:

• Proven experience in installing windows doors roofs gutters siding or experience in the home improvement industry (minimum 2 years preferred)
• A valid drivers license
• Ability to lift to 100 lbs. work at heights climb ladders and perform physical labor
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite
• Willingness to comply with background checks and drug screening if required
