This is not a remote position. Here at Smile Time Dental and Make A Smile, we have a well-established, fast-paced and rapidly growing company that has been in business for 19 years with over 20 dental offices throughout the Sacramento area. We are seeking a well qualified, hard-working, enthusiastic individual to join our amazing team! As a Dental Call Center Agent, you will be the front lines of interaction with our loyal customers. This is a fast-paced environment and we need someone who can be on top of answering the high volume of incoming calls. Someone that is very professional and friendly to provide excellent customer service experience.
