Job Description

We need demolition laborers for various interior/exterior projects in and around the DFW area.

• Starting Pay Rate: $16 - $17/hour (depending on experience)
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Start Time: 6:30 a.m.
• End Time: 4 p.m.
• Days: Monday- Saturday (w/some Sundays).
• Location: In and around the DFW area, while other projects are a few hours away (per diem is provided).

JOB DUTIES:

• Assisting with commercial demolition of buildings and structures.
• Removal of hazardous materials and debris.
• Use and operate various hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS to APPLY:

• Experience in construction or demolition.
• The ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Ability to lift and move around heavy objects.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines, such as:
  • PPE Awareness
  • Fall Protection
  • Proper Lifting Techniques
  • Silica Awareness
• Must have reliable transportation.

You MUST be able to:

• Be E-Verified.
• Show proof of citizenship or work permit with TWO physical US government-issued, valid (Not Expired) IDs.
• Pass a drug test.
• Must be able to pass a background check. (Clean Background Only)
• NO felonies, misdemeanors, or warrants.
