Job Description
Join our team as a Construction Laborer, where you will contribute to commercial construction projects by waterproofing concrete foundations. You will work closely with a crew of 1-3 people, transporting waterproofing materials, digging holes, moving dirt, and assisting your team members.

Work Environment
The role involves working on commercial construction job sites, primarily outdoors, with exposure to various weather conditions. Work hours are from 6:45 am to 5 pm, starting at the company shop and traveling to job sites in a company truck. While we aim to keep assignments in Madison, some travel may be required. The team size is 1-3 people. The dress code includes leather boots, high visibility shirts, and provided safety gear such as hard hats and safety glasses. Tools required include a tape measure, utility knife, pouches, and a hammer.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $24.00/hr.
