Whether it's post-frame, steel-frame, or modern tilt-up concrete, we design and build it all. And now, we're looking for motivated individuals like you to join our crew!
Your Role:
Build from the Ground Up: Help with digging and installing footings that support our projects.
Frame the Future: Work on framing walls, roof structures, and trusses.
Add the Details: Install windows, doors, and other key elements that make our buildings stand out.
Make it Happen: Follow construction plans to turn designs into reality.
Finish Strong: Apply siding and roofing materials to complete our high-quality builds.
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-On Experience: If you've worked in post-frame construction before, that's a big plus.
Outdoor Enthusiast: Love working outside? Perfect! You'll be in various weather conditions.
Ready to Learn: We're all about growth—come ready to learn new skills and be part of a team that supports each other.
Positive Vibes: We’re looking for someone who takes direction well and maintains a can-do attitude.
Adventure Awaits: Be ready to travel with us—sometimes for extended overnight stays.
Driver's License Required - A CDL is a big bonus!
