Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve various drainage issues for residential and commercial clients using advanced techniques and tools.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on drainage systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Educate clients on preventive maintenance techniques to avoid future drainage problems.
- Maintain proper documentation of services provided and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a plumber or drainage specialist with a strong background in analyzing and resolving drainage issues.
- Familiarity with both traditional and modern drainage systems and repair techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams is a plus.
- Valid professional plumbing license or certification preferred.
