We're seeking an experienced Events Director to lead private dining, event sales, and VIP guest experiences across our collection. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in luxury hospitality, builds lasting client relationships, and enjoys seeing events through from inquiry to execution.

The Role

You will oversee every aspect of our private events business; from responding to inquiries and developing proposals to coordinating operations and ensuring flawless execution. You'll also play a key role in managing VIP guests, concierge relationships, and special hospitality initiatives across the group.

Responsibilities

• Lead all private dining, event, and full-venue buyout inquiries across the portfolio
• Drive event sales while meeting and exceeding revenue goals
• Build proposals, contracts, event timelines, and guest communications
• Create and price event menus in partnership with the culinary and beverage teams, ensuring profitability and brand alignment
• Oversee event execution on site, coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Manage VIP reservations, concierge requests, and key guest relationships
• Maintain event systems, including Tripleseat and OpenTable
• Collaborate with hotel partners, travel advisors, concierges, and corporate clients
• Work closely with Operations, Culinary, Beverage, and Marketing to execute seasonal programming and special events
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in private events, luxury hospitality, or guest relations
• Proven success managing high-volume event sales and execution
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with Tripleseat, OpenTable, Resy is required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple venues simultaneously
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays when events require
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
