We are looking for a versatile Facilities Manager to take ownership of our 45,000-square-foot industrial plant. Your Key Responsibilities: You will oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and general upkeep of our entire industrial campus (inside and out):
- Core Maintenance: Manage the waxing and buffing of polished concrete shop floors, stock custodial supplies, and oversee general mechanical aspects of the building.
- Vendor Management: Act as the main point of contact for external subcontractors handling specialized building maintenance.
- Daily Upkeep: Handle lighter tasks like regular vacuuming of the office area, emptying trash cans, and caring for garden beds (no lawnmowing required).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in general facilities management, maintenance, or custodial operations.
- Knowledgeable in a variety of mechanical and structural upkeep activities.
- strong communication skills to manage subcontractor relationships effectively.
