Schedule:  M-F 7:00 am-4:00 pm
Pay Rate: $35.00- $39.00 per hr.
Location:  Fremont, CA
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and maintain chemical and gas distribution systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Wear and properly utilize Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and chemical-resistant PPE while performing assigned duties.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibration on chemical and gas delivery equipment.
• Read, interpret, and work from Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and operational procedures and standards.
• Accurately document maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and system performance records.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in a semiconductor, chemical, or manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of Quality Management principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of safe work practices and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation

 

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
