Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

BC Excavating is seeking experienced  Heavy Equipment Operators  with a strong civil construction background to join our growing team. In this role, you will operate a wide range of equipment, from skid steers to 93,000-pound dozers, on mass earthwork and substation site work projects throughout Ohio, Indiana, and West Virginia.

If you have experience in civil excavation, are confident using GPS machine control systems, and bring a strong work ethic that extends beyond the standard 40-hour week, we want to hear from you. We offer above-market pay, travel per diem, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values its people.
