Wonderly Lights of Virginia Beach is looking for a skilled and dependable Holiday LightsInstallation Technician who will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing holiday light displays. The role requires a strong understanding of technical installation processes, as well as the ability to work confidently and safely at heights. You will be a key member of our team, ensuring each installation meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Install and remove holiday lights and décor on rooftops, trees, and various structures.
Work safely and efficiently on ladders and shingled roofs, adhering to all safety protocols.
Perform technical tasks, such as wiring, troubleshooting, and ensuring proper power distribution for lighting setups.
Collaborate with team members to execute installations according to design plans.
Provide support to team members, guiding them in best practices and safe installation techniques.
Maintain tools, safety equipment and materials, ensuring all are in good working condition.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during or after installation.
Experience in outdoor installations, construction, or a related field, with no issues working at heights (roofs or ladders).
Strong technical skills, particularly in wiring and power management for lighting installations.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Physically fit and capable of performing labor-intensive tasks, including lifting, carrying, and climbing.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
$17.50 - $19.00 per hour
