We are seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead the service team and ensure top-notch performance in the service and maintenance of HVAC systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5+ years of HVAC management experience to showcase their skills in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee service technicians to ensure timely, high-quality maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.
* Develop and maintain client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
* Coordinate service schedules, parts ordering, and equipment maintenance to maximize efficiency.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on complex HVAC projects.
* Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Essential Skills:

* 5+ years in large Commercial HVAC
* Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team of service technicians.
* In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration technology for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
* Ability to inspire pride, accountability, and dedication within the team.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
* Proven ability to utilize resources efficiently and deliver results.
