12-hour shifts (7am–7pm) supporting strong work-life balance
Approximately 13,000 annual ED visits —a manageable volume with diverse cases
25-bed critical access hospital with a close-knit clinical team
System-wide Epic EMR for continuity and efficiency
Leapfrog A Safety Grade for patient care excellence
