Job Title : IT Manager

Duration: 3 - 6 CTH

Location: 100% remote but has to be EST.

What They're Looking For

• High-caliber IT leader with a strong growth mindset and the ability to operate independently.
• Someone mature, accountable, and comfortable owning the IT function with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience building roadmaps, driving improvements, and executing strategic initiatives.
• Strong blend of people leadership and hands-on technical expertise.
• Minimum 2-3 years of formal management experience.
• Experience managing at least 2-3 direct reports.
• Ability to assess the current environment, build a 6-12 month roadmap, and drive meaningful improvements within the first 30-60 days.

Technical Background

• Strong Microsoft ecosystem experience and overall cloud infrastructure expertise.
• Deep understanding of modern IT operations, SaaS administration, endpoints, collaboration tools, and infrastructure.
• Security exposure is important. They don't need a dedicated security leader, but someone who understands compliance, risk, and security best practices. Opportunity to partner closely with their HIPAA Security Officer.
• AI should be top of mind. Looking for someone actively leveraging AI tools/platforms and thinking about how AI can improve IT operations and the employee experience.

Strong experience supporting Microsoft-based environments.

• Experience with:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Azure / Entra ID
  • Active Directory
  • Intune
  • Endpoint management solutions
  • Windows operating systems

Ideal Industry Background Preference for candidates coming from structured or regulated environments such as:

• Financial Services
• Banking
• Insurance
• Healthcare
• Military or highly process-driven organizations
