About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced licensed professionals to join our organization as a Licensed Trade Qualifier / Technical Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trades professional who holds one or more active licenses and is interested in supporting a growing organization.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with experience and licensing in one or more of the following areas:

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• HVAC / Mechanical
• General Contracting

Candidates holding multiple licenses or experience across multiple trades are highly preferred, but applicants with a single qualifying license are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and industry expertise.
• Support licensing and compliance requirements.
• Assist with technical oversight and quality standards.
• Provide professional input on trade-related matters.
• Collaborate with operations teams as needed.
• Maintain awareness of applicable codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Active professional trade license in one or more applicable fields.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Professional experience in the construction, maintenance, or building services industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
