salary: $30 - $34.99 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Manage the mainline phone system, including answering, screening, and directing incoming calls, and accurately taking and relaying detailed messages to the appropriate parties
- Serve as the first point of contact, warmly greeting and assisting all guests and employees
- Oversee visitor registration within the building management system and prepare new access cards for employees and authorized personnel
- Efficiently address and resolve a broad range of public and internal inquiries, providing accurate information or escalating as necessary
- Provide comprehensive general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure consistent and reliable coverage of the front desk, offering support during initial periods and peak times
