IntegriCare is seeking a PCA (Personal Care Assistant) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) for a part-time home care position in Temple, GA 30179 🚨 IMPORTANT: PRESCREEN SURVEY REQUIRED - THIS IS THE FIRST STEP IN OUR HIRING PROCESS. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE PRESCREEN SURVEY, YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

🚗 REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

You MUST have:

• A reliable car
• A valid driver’s license
• A current CPR/BLS certification

📅 SHIFT: 24 HOURS PER WEEK

• Monday–Wednesday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM (12 hours total)
• Thursday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (12 hours total)

💵 PAY:

• CNA: $15/hour
• PCA: $13/hour

🩺 POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide in-home care for patients. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, supporting patient well-being, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

📝 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Support mobility and transfers
• Prepare and serve meals
• Assist with medication reminders as directed
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Take and record vital signs
• Accurately chart and clock in/out using our EMR system
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families

✅ QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 YEARS OF PCA or CNA experience required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be dependable and detail-oriented
