Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience working in outpatient settings, preferably sports medicine or orthopedics.
• Ability to work a 4 x 10-hour outpatient schedule with shifts starting between 08:00 and 08:30 AM.
• Ability to work on an island-based hospital campus and adapt to seasonal patient volume fluctuations.
• Mass General Brigham network credentialing or facility-specific onboarding may be required; candidate must complete required credentialing prior to start.
• Preferred: experience with outpatient sports medicine protocols, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise progression.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital (Outpatient Sports Medicine department).
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Hours: 08:00–16:30.
• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week (outpatient only).
• License Requirements: Massachusetts PT license required.
• Certifications Required: BLS from AHA or ARC.
• Floating: Candidate should be prepared to assist across outpatient clinic areas on the hospital campus as needed.
