What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate and business-related roles including Customer Experience, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, Governance, Compliance, Risk, and other support functions. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing offers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, networking, and talent mapping across various corporate functions.
  • Screen and evaluate applications to identify candidates with the right competencies, professional experience, and cultural fit aligned with organizational goals and business requirements.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and direct outreach to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with leaders across Customer Experience, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Governance, Operations, and other business units to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates, insights, and recommendations to hiring managers and leadership.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the fintech and corporate services industry.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of recruitment SOPs and processes, ensuring documentation remains accurate and up to date.
  • Perform other recruitment and HR-related responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably focused on Customer Experience, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, Governance, Compliance, Risk, and other support functions.
  • Proven experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and talent mapping.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, such as technology startups, fintech, e-commerce, or recruitment agencies.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and systems, including experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of talent market trends and recruitment strategies for technical roles.
  • Experience hiring for crypto, fintech, or e-wallet companies is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements is a plus.
