The Opportunity As a Senior Executive Recruiter through Director of Recruiting at Hoxton Circle, you’ll run a full desk, consultative recruitment business focused on Finance & Accounting and executive level positions, within a high trust, high performance environment. The scope of the role will align to your experience and track record, but the expectations are consistent: ownership, commercial thinking, and the ability to build and monetize senior level relationships. You’ll work closely with CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, PE backed leadership teams, and senior finance professionals across Los Angeles and the broader West Coast, helping clients make critical leadership hires and guiding candidates through high impact career moves. This is a role for someone who: Enjoys owning outcomes, not being managed Thinks commercially and strategically Is motivated by growth, autonomy, and uncapped earnings What You’ll Actually Do Build and deepen a high quality professional network across Finance & Accounting at the executive level Develop trusted, long term relationships with clients and senior candidates Run searches end to end: discovery, strategy, execution, close Identify and create opportunities through proactive outreach and market intelligence Collaborate with senior peers to co broker placements and share insight Operate like a business owner inside the firm, with real autonomy and accountability Who This Is For We are intentionally selective. You’ll thrive here if you have: 5+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, advisory, or a quota driven commercial role Experience operating a full desk or equivalent commercial ownership Exposure to or strong interest in Finance, Accounting, or executive level hiring A demonstrated ability to build relationships and close Strong communication skills and professional judgment Curiosity, resilience, and a competitive edge Comfort with ambiguity and accountability. You will be trusted to operate independently, proactively build your market, and take ownership of outcomes.
