drive full-cycle recruitment across manufacturing, technical, and leadership roles. This position plays a key role in building strong talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and supporting continued organizational growth in a fast-paced environment. This position is fully onsite at their Beloit, WI location and reports to the Director of Human Resources. Senior Recruiter Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and exempt manufacturing, technical, and leadership positions - Develop sourcing strategies using social media, research, cold calling and talent mapping - Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills and culture fit - Partner with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality hires - Manage ATS/HRIS systems and ensure compliance with employment laws - Attend job fairs and recruiting events, and assist with employer branding - Assist with compensation research, job description development, and recruiting process improvements - Assist with succession planning, employee orientation, and training & development initiatives to support talent retention \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - 3+ years of talent acquisition experience recruiting for hourly and salaried manufacturing, technical and executive roles - Strong sourcing, negotiation and relationship-building skills - Knowledge of employment and labor laws - Experience with job description development and compensation surveys - Bachelor\'s degree in HR or related field strongly preferred \*\** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: joann.klavekoske@acceleratepros.com Apply Online: This position is listed by a private employment agency.
