Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, people-oriented Site Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our workforce and management, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while maintaining a professional and supportive environment.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that requires a blend of administrative precision and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities

As our Site Manager, your day-to-day will involve:

  • Employee Relations & Coaching: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees. You will provide guidance, conduct coaching sessions, and offer formal counseling to ensure performance and behavior align with company standards.

  • Stakeholder Interaction: Actively collaborate with department managers and employees to resolve issues, address staffing needs, and improve workplace morale.

  • Attendance & Reporting: Run daily attendance reports, track trends, and ensure all timekeeping data is accurate for payroll processing.

  • Onboarding & Orientation: Assist with the integration of new hires by facilitating orientations, explaining company policies, and ensuring a warm welcome.

  • Data Management: Execute high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy. You will be responsible for maintaining digital personnel files and ensuring all necessary documentation is correctly attached and filed.

  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive personnel information and private company data with the highest level of integrity and discretion.

Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly and empathetically with diverse groups of people.

  • Administrative Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with HRIS or ATS platforms.

  • Attention to Detail: A "sharp eye" for data entry and file organization.

  • Problem-Solving: The ability to stay calm under pressure and find solutions for staffing or behavioral challenges.

  • Reliability: Since you are the "face" of the site, consistent attendance and a professional presence are non-negotiable.
