- Experience: A solid background in Human Resources is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship management and communication abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: strong computer skills (Google Suite and payroll software).
- Bilingual Advantage: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the hiring process to identify and attract top-tier talent.
- Employee Integration: Conduct comprehensive orientation and onboarding to set new hires up for success.
- Operational Excellence: Manage weekly payroll processing with high accuracy.
- Liaison & Advocacy: Serve as the main point of contact between the client and employees, resolving issues and fostering open communication.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a proactive problem-solver for any site-specific challenges that arise.
