We are seeking installers to join the fastest solar company in Florida. Ideal candidates are motivated team players and have a desire to learn all aspects of solar systems. Duties/Responsibilities: Assemble solar modules, panels or support structures. Measure, cut and assemble structural framing and solar modules. Organize the job site. Laying modules. Assisting electricians and Level 2 installers. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: General level of electrical, solar and roofing knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work with heights; on rooftops and climbing ladders. Must be able to lift 50lbs-75lbs. Experience with hand-held and power tools. Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. At least 3 months experience.
