Job Description

Salary: $88,000 - 128,000 per year Requirements:

• We need a bachelors degree in graphic design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a related discipline.
• We need 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, including hands-on work in Salesforce design.
• We need proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• We need a strong portfolio that showcases UI/UX work, especially in Salesforce environments.
• We need a solid grasp of user-centered design principles and industry best practices.
• We need experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Lightning Components.
• We need working knowledge of HTML, CSS, front-end implementation, and JavaScript.
• We need the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team setting.
• We need the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certification, mobile and responsive design experience, accessibility knowledge, Agile experience, and government or federal IT project exposure.

• We design user interfaces, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for Salesforce applications.
• We collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to clarify user needs.
• We create user-focused solutions that improve usability and the overall experience within Salesforce.
• We partner closely with developers to confirm design feasibility and alignment with Salesforce standards.
• We conduct usability testing and use user feedback to refine our designs.
• We implement Salesforce customizations and configurations to deliver the intended interface.
• We maintain visual consistency and follow brand guidelines across Salesforce applications.
