Responsibilities Effective communication with internal and external clients (emails, phone calls & meetings) Data Entry (reviewing documents and processing forms set‑up clients in our systems) Handling escalations, monitoring and responding to emails timely Other tasks as required The phone time for this role is 50%–75%.
