Day Laborer

We are seeking hardworking and dependable Day Laborers to join our team in Mesa, AZ, specializing in roofing and facade solutions. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the construction industry, with a focus on exterior building enhancements. No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Skilled Workers: Support roofers and facade specialists with various tasks, including material handling, setup, and cleanup.
• Material Handling: Load and unload roofing and facade materials, ensuring they are readily available for use.
• Site Preparation: Assist in preparing the worksite, including setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety barriers.
• General Labor: Perform basic labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials as directed by supervisors.
• Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Learning Opportunity: Take advantage of on-the-job training to develop skills in roofing and facade installations.
