Resumen del Puesto
Buscamos a una persona trabajadora y confiable para el puesto de Lavaplatos / Ayudante de Cocina. Este es un entorno de ritmo rápido donde serás responsable de mantener la limpieza de la cocina y ayudar con la preparación esencial de alimentos para apoyar nuestras operaciones culinarias.
Responsabilidades Clave
Lavado de loza: Limpiar y desinfectar todos los platos, cristalería y equipo de cocina utilizando máquinas comerciales y fregaderos manuales.
Preparación de alimentos: Ayudar con tareas básicas de preparación en la cocina y organización de ingredientes para asegurar que la línea esté lista para el servicio.
Limpieza: Mantener un área de trabajo segura y sanitaria mediante la limpieza de pisos, retiro de basura y desinfección de estaciones de preparación.
Almacenamiento: Almacenar correctamente el equipo limpio y ayudar a organizar las entregas de inventario.
Requisitos
Disponibilidad: Es OBLIGATORIO trabajar los turnos de VIERNES, SÁBADO y DOMINGO. Por favor, no aplique si no puede trabajar estos días.
Idioma: Hablar español es una ventaja (plus).
Experiencia: Se prefiere experiencia previa en cocina, pero estamos dispuestos a entrenar a candidatos con una fuerte ética de trabajo.
Físico: Capacidad para estar de pie durante todo el turno y levantar hasta 50 libras.
