The Role
The Pastry Cook is the "Artist of the Finish." You are responsible for the delicate components and final plating of our dessert programs. While the Baker builds the foundation, you create the complexity—working with chocolates, fruit, and temperature-sensitive sauces. You bridge the gap between the kitchen’s heat and the dining room’s elegance.
