Job description:

Responsibilities

1. Perform manual and automated testing for Salesforce and enterprise applications.
2. Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts using Python and Playwright.
3. Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.
4. Validate Salesforce Data 360 workflows, data integrations, and customer data processes.
5. Design and enhance automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
6. Perform UI and API validation across Salesforce and connected systems.
7. Analyze test results, troubleshoot defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
8. Support Agile testing activities, including sprint validation, defect management, and release testing.
9. Maintain automated test suites and ensure reliability across multiple environments.

Requirements

1. 3 5+ years of experience in QA with both manual and automation testing.
2. Experience with automation script development and maintenance.
3. Strong experience with Python and Playwright.
4. Experience testing Salesforce platforms and data-driven applications.
5. Knowledge of UI automation and API testing.
6. Experience creating and executing functional and regression test cases.
7. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
8. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
