: Requisition Number 2235066 Description & Requirements The Regional Marketing Senior Associate reports to the Marketing Manager and region's Strategic Marketing Director/Senior Manager/Manager and helps partners and managers identify and track business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients, coordinates office marketing strategies, and executes internal and external communications. The Senior Associate will collaborate with numerous partners, including sector leaders, and other marketing and business development personnel throughout the firm. This position is responsible for providing a blend of strategic marketing planning/execution and project management support. How you will contribute:

• Identify appropriate marketing strategies & tactics to improve brand awareness & generate demand for Forvis Mazars services
• Work with Market Sector Leaders (MSLs) in developing office sector plans & ensuring completion of plan tasks
• Develop & execute a media and public relations plan. Develop relationships with journalists to position Forvis Mazars as the "go-to" resource for accounting information in collaboration with the region's Strategic Marketing Director/Senior Manager/Manager and Marketing Manager
• Work with our Private Client and Consumer & Logistics sectors to drive strategy and execution of go-to-market plans across the region
• Lead, coordinate, & design new & creative ideas around the firm's prospecting efforts
• Lead the development & execution of seminars/roundtables, speaking engagements, & client appreciation events
• Develop win announcements celebrating client pursuit successes
• Identify & coordinate strategic community involvement & sponsorships
• Assist Partners with nurturing of prospects by researching, identifying, & drafting communications to keep Forvis Mazars in front of targeted prospects
• Identify & coordinate strategic community involvement & sponsorships
• Develop a local market advertising plan & coordinate ad placements in collaboration with the region's Strategic Marketing Director/Senior Manager/Manager and Marketing Manager
• Actively manage successful sales pursuit efforts through team involvement, market research, & communication throughout impact prospect opportunities
• Manage contacts using CRM system including entering new contacts, updating contacts, & creating reports
• Identify, compose, & submit social media posts for posting on Forvis Mazars social media accounts
• Be an active participant in marketing & planning meetings
• Collaborates with region's Strategic Marketing Director/Senior Manager/Manager and Marketing Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3 years or more of experience
