Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze organic search performance, website traffic trends, and SEO effectiveness
• Monitor the impact of AI-powered search experiences, including AI Overviews (AIO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), on website traffic and engagement
• Utilize Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to measure and report SEO performance
• Collaborate with engineering teams and product owners to translate SEO recommendations into actionable development plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute technical SEO initiatives
• Evaluate technical SEO solutions and assess their impact within existing web architecture
• Drive implementation of SEO enhancements across multi-language and international websites
• Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring quality execution
• Support technical SEO initiatives including hreflang implementation, crawl optimization, site architecture, and site performance improvements
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure SEO improvements align with user experience standards and business objectives
• Develop reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations based on performance data

Skills:

• Strong experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console
• Deep understanding of SEO performance measurement and organic search optimization
• Knowledge of AI Overviews (AIO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and evolving search technologies
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience with technical SEO concepts including international SEO, hreflang, crawl optimization, and site architecture
• Understanding of web architecture, CMS platforms, and CDN technologies
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to present technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in Technical SEO, Product Management, Web Analytics, or Digital Marketing
• Experience working within enterprise-level or large organization environments preferred
• Experience managing technical SEO or web development projects
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, CDN solutions, and multi-language website implementations
• Experience supporting international SEO strategies and digital optimization initiatives preferred
